September 21, 2009 (Regular Meeting) <br />If any provision of this ordinance, or any rule, regulation or order <br />thereunder of the application of such provision to any person or <br />circumstances is held invalid, the remainder of this ordinance and the <br />application of the remaining provisions, rules, regulations or orders to <br />persons or circumstances other than those held invalid will not be affected <br />thereby. <br />Section 3. Violations of Provisions <br />An employee violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be <br />subject to disciplinary action up to and including dismissal, in addition to <br />any civil or criminal penalty, which may be imposed for the violation of the <br />same. <br />Section 9.
