Koch, responded to a variety of questions from the <br />Board, including: what would happen if the number of lots varied from 29 to <br />36; what happens to the developer's application if this project is delayed; <br />if the Board chooses to defer development until planned capacity is available <br />and capacity to support the development is never available, what are the <br />possible actions from developers or the County; and if more than one <br />developer requests a Reservation of Capacity Certificate in the same school <br />district, how does the Board decide which application moves forward; etc. <br />A lengthy discussion ensued.
