<br />(H) APPOINTMENTS
<br />(H-1) Adult Care Home Community Advisory Committee
<br />UPON MOTION of Vice Chairman Juba, seconded by Commissioner Privette
<br />and unanimously carried, the Board appointed Andrea King to the Adult Care
<br />Home Community Advisory Committee for a one-year term ending January 31,
<br />2009. By the same vote, the Board removed Brandon Mason from the Advisory
<br />Board for failure to complete the required orientation and training.
<br />(H-2) Centralina Workforce Development Board
<br />Chairman White reported the Board was to receive an update from
<br />Commissioner Privette on finding a Cabarrus County resident to serve on the
<br />Centralina Workforce Development Board. Commissioner Privette stated he has
<br />not found a Cabarrus County resident to fill this position.
<br />Vice Chairman Juba MOVED to make an exception to the residency
<br />requirement and appoint Lisa Conger to the Centralina Workforce Development
<br />
