December 1, 2008 (Work Session) <br />Page 1078 <br />Expenditures budgeted but not expended: $2,316,572 (COPS & TI F) <br />Revenues collected but not budgeted: $999,886 (Sale of First Union Bldg.) <br />Throughout the presentation, Ms. Kennedy, Pam Dubois, Deputy County <br />Manager, and John Day, County Manager, responded to questions from the Board. <br />In closing, Ms. Dubois recommended the annual transfer of un-appropriated <br />fund balance, which usually occurs in December, be postponed until March 2009 <br />due to the current economic conditions. <br />Chairman White requested updated information be placed on the <br />Watercooler and on the County's website on a quarterly basis.
