December 10, 2008 (Sheriff's Office and Detention Center Open House) Page 1079 <br />The Board of Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus attended an open <br />house for the Cabarrus County Sheriff's Office and Detention Center <br />(Administration Building) in Concord, North Carolina on Wednesday, December <br />10°h, 2008 at 9:00 p.m. <br />Present - Chairman: H. Jay White, Sr. <br />Vice Chairman: Grace M. Mynatt <br />Commissioners: Robert W. Carruth <br />Elizabeth F. Poole <br />Absent - Commissioner: Coy C. Privette <br />Also present were John Day, County Manager; Mike Downs, Deputy County <br />Manager; Pamela Dubois, Deputy County Manager; and Kay Honeycutt, Clerk to <br />the Board. <br />Sheriff's Office and Detention Center - Open House <br />An open house was held at the Cabarrus County Sheriff's Office and <br />Detention Center (Administration Building) in Concord, North Carolina on <br />Wednesday, December 10, 2008 from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The public was <br />invited to attend. <br />Following comments from Chairman White, Cabarrus County Sheriff Brad <br />Riley and the Honorable Chief District Court Judge William B.
