In addition, the Concord Civic Garden <br />Council has donated $1,000 to establish a native mini-prairie, wildflower <br />meadow project in the parks. A seed drill received through grant funds will <br />also be rented out for use by citizens of the county as additional revenue to <br />pay for repairs and maintenance. Ten <br />names were submitt.edto Cabarrus County Parks and Recreation Commission from <br />October 1 thru November 16, 2006 for naming the new County park on Pharr Mill <br />Road.
