She also responded to questions from the Board. <br />At 7:92 p.m., Chairman Carruth opened the public hearing on Text <br />Amendment C2007-05-ZT Appendix A, Typical Street Standards. The Public <br />Hearing Notice was published on May 30 and June 4, 2007 in THE INDEPENDENT <br />TRIBUNE and May 31 and June 7, 2007 in THE CHARLOTTE OBSERVER (Cabarrus <br />Neighbors). <br />There was no one present to address the Board and Chairman Carruth <br />closed the public hearing. <br />UPON MOTION of Vice Chairman Juba, seconded by Commissioner White and <br />unanimously carried, the Board adopted the following ordinance amending the <br />Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance: <br />Ordinance No. 2007-08 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CABARRUS COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE (C2007-OS-ZT) <br />BE IT ORDAINED that the Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended as <br />follows: <br />APPENDIX A-Typical Street Cross Sections <br />DELETE all existing drawings, tables and standards for street typical <br />standards located in Appendix A, including Residential Collector <br />Parkway, Residential Collector, Residential Street, Alley, Rural <br />Residential, Requirements for Dead-End and Stub Streets, Cul de-Sac, <br />Cul-de-Sac with Island, Hammerhead and Loop Lane. <br />' REPLACE deleted text and drawings with corrected drawings and standards <br />for street for Residential Collector Parkway, Residential Collector, <br />Residential Street, Alley, Rural Residential, Requirements for Dead-End <br />and Stub Streets, Cul de-Sac, Cul-de-Sac with Island, Hammerhead. <br />ADD the following text: <br />PLVFMFNT RCHRnni.F. <br /> <br />Classification Base <br />Course Intermediate <br />Course Surface <br />Course <br />Major Thoroughfare All * * * <br />Minor Thoroughfare All ` * * <br />Major Collector Non-Residential * * * <br />
