June 18, 2007 (Regular Meeting) Page 423 <br />After further comments, the MOTION carried with Chairman Carruth, Vice <br />Chairman Juba and Commissioner White voting for and Commissioner Privette <br />voting against. <br />6:30 <br />of Cabarrus <br /> Jonathan Marshall, Commerce Director, reported that the Sewer Use <br /> Ordinance is included as part of the Cabarrus Code of Ordinances and this <br /> text will be a replacement for the language that is in the Code of Ordina nces <br /> currently. He pointed out there m ay be occasions where the County would own <br /> sewer assets for some period of time and it would be good to adopt the <br />' ordinance. <br />At 8:06 Chairman Carruth opened the public hearing on the Sewer Use <br />Ordinance.
