<br />drainage, condensate, deionized water, noncontact cooling water and
<br />unpolluted industrial wastewater, unless specifically authorized by
<br />the Executive Director. No person shall connect or cause to be
<br />connected to the sanitary sewer system any pipe or conduit which
<br />will allow discharge from any inflow sources listed in this section
<br />into the sanitary sewer system.
<br />(15) Cloth or textile waste. Any clothing rags, textile remnants or
<br />waste, cloth, scraps, except fibers of scrap that will pass through
<br />a one-fourth-inch mesh screen or its equivalent in screening
<br />' ability, provided such fibers do not interfere with the normal
<br />operation of the treatment plant.

<br />(16) Fixed solids limit. Any waters or wastes in which the total fixed
<br />solids exceed one thousand five hundred (1,500) mg/1 ..
<br />(17) Excessive discharge rate and/or concentration. Any pollutant
<br />released in a discharge at a flow volume, flow rate and/or
<br />pollutant concentration which will either singly or by
<br />interaction with other pollutants cause the POTW to violate any of
<br />its NPDES and/or state disposal system permits or the receiving
<br />water quality standards.
<br /> (18) Excessive residues. Any ^••~~.,,^^^ pollutant released in a discharge
<br /> at a flow volume flow rate and/or pollutant concentration, which
<br /> either singly or by interaction with other pollutants, may cause
<br /> the POTW's effluent or any other product of the POTW, such as
<br /> residues, sludges, or scums, to be unsuitable for reclamation and
<br /> xc~2 recycling or to interfere with the reclamation process. In no
<br /> case, shall a substance discharged to the POTW cause the POTW to be
<br /> in noncompliance with

<br />applicable local, State or Federal sludge use or
<br /> guidelines.
<br /> (19) Heavy metals. Any waters or wastes containing amounts of arsenic,
<br /> cadmium, chromium, copper, lead, nickel, zinc, or other heavy
<br /> metals which exceed national categorical standards, local limits,
<br /> interfere with treatment efficiency or sludge disposal criteria or
<br /> cause the POTW to exceed NPDES permit limitations.
<br />(20) Poisons. Any waters or wastes containing cyanide or other such
<br /> poisonous substances.
<br /> (21) Interfering solids. Any waters or wastes containing suspended
<br /> solids of such character and quality that unusual attention or
<br /> expense is required to handle such materials at the POTW.
<br /> (22) Color. Any wastewater which imparts color and passes through the
<br /> POTW treatment plant, ahr °~a-r-x~ ~1~e ~emeved by-the
<br /> ~>:eeese, including, but not limited to, dye wastes and vegetable
<br /> tanning solutions, which consequently imparts sufficient color to
<br /> the treatment plant's effluent thereby violating any State or

<br /> (23) Pretreatment sludges. Any removed substances to include, but not be
<br /> limited to, sludges, screenings or other residues from the

<br /> (29) Medical wastes. Any medical wastes, except as specifically
<br /> authorized by the Executive Director in a wastewater discharge
<br /> permit.
