(e d) „a_:_:^y-^~'••- ^~~'^-- Cease and Desist Orders (1) If When the Executive Director finds that an industrial user has violated or continues to violate any provision of this ordinance, a wastewater discharge permits, pretreatment requirement or standard, or orders issued pursuant to this ordinance or anv other provision of applicable law, #ae~^...~~et atr}tee-tlie= the Executive Director may issue an order requiring such industrial user to cease and desist all such violations and direct ~ese such persons in noncompliance to de perform any one or more of the following: (A~) comply immediately with all provisions of this ordinance, a wastewater discharge permit or order issued pursuant to this ordinance or other applicable law; ~„ (p-) hem€~y-~-aeee~danee ~i}thy ee~eg3~anee t'me sehedrzle £~6 •~... ...a...... ~~~ ~..~r (B3) take appropriate remedial or preventative action(s) in the event of a continuing or threatened violation of any provision of this ordinance, a compliance agreement issued pursuant to this ordinance a wastewater discharge permit pretreatment requirement or standard or order issued pursuant to this ordinance or anv other provision of applicable law;. (C) discontinue all or anv portion of such user's contribution or introduction of wastewater into the POTW unless adequate treatment facilities devices or other related appurtenances are installed and operated properly within a specified time period• (D4) disconnect all or any portion of the facilities by which such user introduces or contributes wastewater into the POTWunless adequate treatment facilities, devices or other related appurtenances are installed and properly operated within a specified time period. (2) In addition to or in lieu of the matters set forth in Section 8.1(e)(1), WSACC may include in such order one or more of the following provisions: (A) the removal of all or any portion of any service connection by which such user introduces or contributes wastewater into the PDTW; (B) the removal of all or any portion of any service connection by which such user receives water services• (C) the termination of any wastewater discharge permit issued to such user pursuant to this ordinance• (D) the payment of a civil penalty for violating any provision of this ordinance a permit pretreatment requirement or standard, compliance agreement or order issued pursuant to this ordinance.
