<br />January 21, 2006 - Special Meeting <br /> <br />Page <br /> <br />464 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chairman, Clerk to the Board, <br />Acting County Attorney and staff are hereby authorized to execute any and all <br />documents necessary to resolve all of the differences and disputes between <br />them that were the subject of the Lawsuits, and the Acting County Attorney is <br />directed to take all actions necessary to effectuate the intent of this <br />Resolution. <br /> <br />This resolution shall be effective upon passage. <br /> <br />Adopted this 21't day of January 2006. <br /> <br />CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />/s/ Robert W.
