These <br />included the following: <br /> <br />. Hold joint retreats - include legislators, municipalities; <br />. Send unified message to Raleigh; <br />. Strengthen shared vision; <br />. Each board strengthen its relationship within its own board; <br />. Issue positive joint press releases; <br />. Create comprehensive plan and community-wide schools improvement <br />plan; <br />.
