<br />April 18, 2005 (Regular Meeting) <br /> <br />Page 154 <br /> <br />UPON MOTION of Vice <br />and unanimously carried, <br />Board of Commissioners at <br /> <br />Chairman Carruth, seconded <br />the Board reconvened the <br />10:55 p.m. <br /> <br />by Commissioner Privette <br />regular meeting of the <br /> <br />(L) CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br />UPON MOTION of Chairman Carpenter, seconded by Commissioner Privette <br />and unanimously carried, the Board voted to go into Closed Session to consult <br />with the attorney to preserve the attorney-client privilege and to discuss <br />pending litigation as authorized by North Carolina General Statute 143- <br />318.Il(a) (3). <br /> <br />UPON MOTION of Vice Chairman Carruth, seconded by Commissioner Privette <br />and unanimously carried, the Board moved to come out of the Closed Session. <br /> <br />No action was reported from the Closed Session. <br /> <br />(M) ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />There being no further business to corne before the Board, Chairman <br />Carpenter adjourned the meeting at 11:40 p.m. <br /> <br />J-~ $, ~ <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br />
