<br />October 17, 2005 - Regular Meeting <br /> <br />Page <br /> <br />358 <br /> <br />Dean Goodman of the Windy Ridge Subdivision stated the vision of the <br />Odell residents is a better vision than any of the municipalities seeking to <br />annex that community. He stated the residents have a vision for growth that <br />the schools and infrastructure can keep up with. He said the Odell citizens <br />want to manage themselves and asked the Board to vote "yes" for a positive <br />proclamation for the Town of Odell. <br /> <br />with there being no one else to address the Board, Chairman Carpenter <br />closed that portion of the meeting at 7:25 p.m. <br /> <br />(E) OLn BUSLNESS <br /> <br />(none) <br /> <br />(F) CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />IF-1) Tax Refund and Release Reports - September 2005 <br /> <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Privette, seconded by Commissioner Freeman <br />and unanimously carried, the Board approved the September 2005 Release - <br />Refund Report as submitted by J.
