C . Division of Aging and Adult Services. The HCCBG <br />funding plan requires a 10 percent local county match of $2,854.00. The developer has agreed to enter into a Consent Agreement <br />with the County and donate $1,008.00 per lot to advance the adequacy of <br />public schools. The Concord Planning and Zoning Commission granted <br />preliminary plat approval at its October 19, 2004 meeting. <br /> <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Carpenter, seconded by Commissioner Privette <br />and unanimously carried, the Board approved the Consent Agreement between <br />Cabarrus County and Shiloh Ridge Development, LLC, for the Meridian <br />Subdivision, including the payment of $1,008.00 per lot to advance school <br />adequacy with payment to be made at the issuance of building permitting. <br />Further, the Board authorized the County Manager to execute the Consent <br />Agreement on behalf of Cabarrus County, subj ect to revisions by the County <br />Attorney. <br /> <br />(F-ll) Consent Agreement with Richard Goodman for the Richard Goodman <br />Subdivision <br /> <br />Richard Goodman is developing Richard Goodman Subdivision consisting of <br />64 single family lots on approximately 20.75 acres in Township 2 near the <br />intersection of Roberta Road and pitts School Road. The developer has agreed <br />to enter into a Consent Agreement with the County and donate $1,008.00 per <br />lot to advance the adequacy of public schools.
