(a) The North Carolina Rehabilitation Code as enacted by the North Carolina General Assembly and as modified by supplements covering amendments thereto, is hereby adopted by reference as fully as though set forth herein as a supplemental building code for Cabarrus County to the extent such code is applicable. (b) Ail ordinances or portions of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. (c) Should any provisions of this ordinance be declared invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such declaration shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any part thereof, which is not specifically declared to be invalid or unconstitutional. (d) This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the date of its adoption. Sec. 14-34 Appendix G of the International Residential Code (2002 edition) adopted.
