The Chairman or Vice-Chairman of the Board, the Clerk to <br />the Board, the County Manager, the Finance Officer and the other officers of <br />the Issuer are each hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver for <br />and on behalf of the Issuer any and all financing statements, certificates, <br />documents or other papers, including, without limitation, Letter(s) of <br />Representations to Securities Depositories, and to perform any and all acts <br />they may deem necessary or appropriate in order to carry out the intent of <br />this resolution and the matters herein authorized. <br /> Section 17. Change for Accessory Buildings - Public Hearing - 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> Mr. Rodger Lentz, Planning Manager, presented a proposed amendment to <br />the Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance to regulate the size and placement of <br />accessory buildings. It will limit the total square footage of all accessory <br />buildings on a lot as a percentage of the total lot area. The Planning and <br />Zoning Commission recommended the approval of the text amendment. <br /> <br /> At 8:28 p.m., Chairman Freeman opened the public hearing to consider <br />Petition C2003-02(T) to amend the Zoning Ordinance to regulate the size and <br />placement of accessory buildings. The Public Hearing Notice was published in <br />THE INDEPENDENT TRIBUNE on July 10 and 20, 2003. <br /> <br /> Mr. hon Johansen spoke in support of the proposed amendment, stating <br />the proposed regulations would be fair to everyone. <br /> <br /> There was no one else who wished to address the Board, and Chairman <br />Freeman closed the public hearing at 8:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Privette, seconded by Commissioner Carruth <br />and unanimously carried, the Board adopted the following Ordinance. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 2003-10 <br /> <br />Petition C03-02 (T) <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CABARRUS COUNTY <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED that the Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended as <br />follows: <br /> <br />CHAPTER SEVEN, SECTION 7-4: USES PERMITTED ON STANDARDS (PBS) <br /> <br />Add/Change Item 1 as follows: <br /> <br />1.
