<br />Presentation of the Proposed 2002-2003 Secondar~ Road Construction Program
<br />for Cabarrus County - 6~30 p.m.

<br /> Mr. J. K. Wilson, III, P.E., District Engineer with the North Carolina
<br />Department of Transportation, presented the proposed 2002-2003 Secondary Road
<br />Construction Program for Cabarrus County. He explained the process for
<br />rating unpaved roads and reported there are 22.71 miles of unpaved roads left
<br />in Cabarrus County.
<br />
<br /> The Department of Transportation published the Public Notice of the
<br />scheduled program presentation in THE INDEPENDENT TRIBUNE on May 10 and 17,
<br />2002. Also, the proposed program with county map was posted in the
<br />Courthouse for public information.
