June 17, 2002 Page 389 <br /> <br />Adoption of Revised Zoning Permit Fee Schedule <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Privette, seconded by Vice Chairman Carruth <br />and unanimously carried, the Board adopted the following Zoning Permit Fee <br />Schedule effective July 1, 2002. The Cabarrus County Board of Education approved the Agreement <br />on June 10, and the Kannapolis City Board of Education approved it on June <br />17. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Privette, seconded by Vice Chairman Carruth <br />and unanimously approved, the Board adopted the following Resolution <br />ratifying the renewal of the Maintenance and Repair Agreement between the <br />Cabarrus County Board of Education, the Kannapolis City Board of Education <br />and Cabarrus County and authorized the Chairman to execute the new Agreement <br />on behalf of Cabarrus County. <br /> Resolution No. 2002-24 <br /> CABARRUS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners wishes to continue <br />to provide for the consolidated maintenance staffs of the Cabarrus County <br />Board of Education and the Kannapolis City Board of Education; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners has reviewed the <br />Maintenance Agreement and desires to execute it. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Maintenance Agreement attached <br />hereto is hereby ratified. <br /> <br /> <br />
