<br />Subdivision that would change the time of payment of the adequate public

<br />Further, the Board authorized the County Manager to sign the revised Consent
<br />Agreement on behalf of Cabarrus County.

<br />(E-10) Resolution Authorizing County Manager to Enter into an Agreement with
<br />the Department of Transportation for the FY 03 Rural Capital Funding Pr0gr~m

<br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Fennel, seconded by Vice Chairman Carruth
<br />and unanimously carried, the Board adopted the following Resolution.

<br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CA~ARRUS COUNTY
<br /> TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
<br />NORTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Cabarrus County has requested the North Carolina
<br />Department of Transportation to assist in the funding of Cabarrus
<br />County Transportation Service; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Cabarrus County will provide ten percent (10%) of the
<br />cost of the above described project;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cabarrus County Manager
<br />or his Designee is hereby authorized to enter into a contract
<br />with the Department of Transportation and execute all agreements
<br />and contracts with the North Carolina Department of
<br />Transportation, Public Transportation Division.

<br />(E-11) Home and Community ~are Block Grant Funding Plan for FY 2003
<br />
