<br />(E-8) Agency Agreement between Cabarrus .county and the Cabarrus County Board

<br />
<br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Fennel, seconded by Commissioner Privette
<br />and unanimously carried, the Board approved the Agency Agreement between
<br />Cabarrus County and the Cabarrus County Board of Education related to the
<br />construction of auxiliary gymnasiums at five school sites (Concord High
<br />School, J. N. Fries Middle School, Mt. Pleasant High School, Northwest Middle
<br />School and Central Cabarrus High School) and the new School
<br />Administrative/Maintenance Building on Old Airport Road.. Further, the Board
<br />authorized the Chairman to execute the Agency Agreement on behalf of Cabarrus
<br />County.
