This agreement shall cover the period of one year beginning with the <br /> date hereof, and it shall be automatically renewed from year to year <br /> unless one party shall give to the other written notice of its intention <br /> to terminate the agreement at the end of the then current term, such <br /> notice to be given at least ninety (90) days prior to the end of such <br /> current term. <br />3. Services to be Provided. .The COUNTY will provide building code <br /> administration and enforcement services to the TOWN in accordance with the <br /> applicable North Carolina laws and regulations. The COUNTY will also <br /> provide administration and enforcement of the Town's Flood Damage <br /> Prevention Ordinance. <br />6. Compensation. The COUNTY will receive and retain as its compensation for <br /> the services provided the TOWN under this agreement all fees provided by <br /> law for such services. <br />7. Amendments. The contract is effective through June 30, 2004 and the costs <br />for services to be provided by Logan are as follows: (1) Indexing, automated <br />indexing, scanning of land records, image retrieval, compact book printing and <br />remote access services for $3.95 per land record instrument filed; (2) Plat <br />scanning will continue to be at $6.00 per plat, and includes payment for backfile <br />conversion services. <br /> <br />Sheriff's Department - Award of Annual Uniform Contract to American Uniform <br /> <br />Sales~ Inc. The contract <br />will expire June 30, 2002. Further, the Board granted permission to renew the <br />contract for one consecutive 12-month term based on an increase in price of no <br />more than three percent (3%) (upon agreement between American Uniform Sales, Inc. <br />and Cabarrus County). <br /> <br /> <br />
