150 <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Privette, seconded by Commissioner <br />Fennel with Commissioners Privette, Fennel and Carpenter voting for and <br />Commissioner Casper and Chairman Barnhart voting against, the Board <br />voted to give the City of Concord the opportunity to pay its fair share <br />of legal bills associated with the recent settlement of the tax value <br />issue with Philip Morris USA. <br /> <br />Scheduled Meetinq with the City of Concord <br /> <br /> Chairman Barnhart advised that a meeting had been scheduled on <br />February 18tn with the Concord City Council to discuss an economic <br />development project. He stated that he could not attend due to a prior <br />commitment. All other members indicated they would be present on the <br />18th' <br /> <br />Recess of Meetinq <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, <br />Chairman Barnhart recessed the meeting at 9:15 P.M. until 6:30 P.M. on <br />Thursday, February 18, 1999, in the City Council Chambers at the <br />Concord Municipal Building, 26 Union Street South, Concord. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
