Any type WTS Antenna/Tower provided that the following height <br /> limitations shall apply: <br /> <br />Type <br />Stealth <br />Co-Location on an existing WTS Tower <br />Attached to or mounted on an existing <br />principal building or structure <br />Free-standing designed and constructed <br />to be capable of Co-location <br />Free-Standing designed and constructed <br /> for single provider use <br />*None if designed and constructed for <br /> Co-Location <br /> <br />Height Limitation (in vertical feet~ <br /> None <br /> None <br /> 150' <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />8O <br /> <br />Development Standards: <br /> <br />Setbacks <br />The following WTS Development shall not be required to provide any additional <br />setbacks except those required by the district in which located for principal <br />buildings and accessory buildings and structures: <br /> <br />WTS Development permitted by exceptions to <br />review/approval. <br />WTS Development permitted by Ail Zoning Districts. <br /> <br />Board of Adjustment <br /> <br />Ail WTS developed pursuant in the G-C, L-I and G-I Districts shall observe the <br />following setbacks: <br /> <br />All WTS Tower and Antenna shall meet the minimum setback for the district <br />in which located. <br />Ail Accessory Equipment structures shall meet the accessory building and <br />structures requirements of the district in which located. <br />Where the WTS facility adjoins a residential district an additional setback <br />of one-half (h) the height of the Tower and Antenna shall be provided from <br />the residentially zoned property. Where an Antenna is attached to or <br />mounted on an existing building the height of the building shall not count <br />as part of the Antenna for purposes of determining the required setback. <br /> <br />Fencing <br />Free-standing WTS Development shall be surrounded with an eight (8) foot fence <br />capable of preventing unauthorized entry. <br /> <br />Buffer and Screening <br />Free-standing WTS Development shall comply with the Buffer and Screening <br />requirement of Chapter 9 in addition to the fencing requirement above. <br /> <br />Lights <br />No wireless telecommunication Tower or Antenna shall have affixed or attached to <br />it in any way except during time of repair or installation, any lights, <br />reflectors, flashers, day-time strobes or steady night time light or other <br />illumination devices, except as required by the Federal Aviation Agency, the <br />Federal Communications Commission or the County. This restriction against lights <br />shall not apply to Towers which have been combined with light standards for <br />illumination of ball fields, parking lots, playgrounds, or other similar public <br />uses. <br /> <br />Sign and Advertisin8 <br />The use of any portion of a Tower for signs or advertising, other than required <br />warning signs, shall be prohibited. <br /> <br />Other Attachments <br />No Antenna or Tower shall have constructed thereon, or attached thereto, any <br />platform, catwalk, crows' nest, or like structure for~the purpose of human <br />support, except during periods of construction or repair. <br /> <br /> <br />
