Limited Industrial, General <br />Industrial. <br /> <br />Additional Information needed with the application: <br /> <br />1. Brief explanation why the tower should be sited at this location. <br />2. Site plan showing exact location of tower, accessory buildings, and <br /> landscaping/buffer yard on the proposed site. <br />3. Drawing of tower design. <br />4. Height of tower. <br />5. The tower must be designed to land on its own property in the event of a <br /> fall as certified by a North Carolina registered professional engineer. Such <br /> certification may be waived if the tower is located on the property with a <br /> radius equal to the height of the tower plus 50 feet. <br />6. Bonds, Clerk to the Board <br /> <br />Extraterritorial Jurisdiction Area Appointments to the Concord Planning and <br />Zoning Commission and the Harrisburg Planning and Zoning Board - Public Hearing - <br />7:00 P.M. <br /> <br /> Chairman Casper Opened the public hearing at 8:06 P.M. concerning the <br />extraterritorial jurisdiction area appointments to the Concord Planning and <br />Zoning Commission and the Harrisburg Planning and Zoning Board. She asked if <br />anyone were present who wished to speak regarding these appointments. There was <br />no one present to address the Board, and Chairman Casper closed the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br /> Chairman Casper nominated Mr. Lloyd L. Quay, Jr. who had been recommended <br />by the Harrisburg Town Council for appointment to the Harrisburg Planning and <br />Zoning Board. Also, she nominated Mr. Danny Fesperman for appointment to the <br />Concord Planning and Zoning Board. Applications were on file for both Mr. Quay <br />and Mr. Fesperman. There were no other nominations. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Carpenter, seconded by Commissioner Mills and <br />unanimously carried, the Board appointed Mr. Lloyd L. Quay, Jr. to the Harrisburg <br />Planning and Zoning Board and appointed Mr. Danny Fesperman to the Concord <br />Planning and Zoning Commission.
