Rowland as Tax Collector to use all legal means to <br />collect all current and delinquent tax as provided for in General <br />Statutes 105-366, 367, and 368. This includes attachment and levy, <br />garnishment of wages, bank accounts, in rem foreclosure and mortgage <br />type foreclosure on real estate. <br /> <br /> <br />
