360 <br /> <br /> The Board of Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus met in special <br />session in the Commissioners' Meeting Room at the Cabarrus County Governmental <br />Center in Concord, North Carolina on Thursday, July 31, 1997, to consider the <br />adoption of a resolution amending the Board's regular meeting schedule for August <br />1997. <br /> <br />Present Vice-Chairman: Carolyn B. Carpenter <br /> Commissioners: Jeffrey L. Barnhart <br /> Kenneth Mills <br /> Franklin C. Niblock, Jr. <br />Absent - Chairman: Sue Casper <br /> <br /> Also present were Mr. Frank W. Clifton, Jr., County Manager, and Mrs. <br />Frankie F. Bonds, Clerk to the Board. <br /> <br /> Vice-Chairman Carpenter called the meeting to order at 5:00 P.M. She <br />presided in the absence of Chairman Casper who was hospitalized and unable to <br />attend. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Mills, seconded by Commissioner Niblock and <br />unanimously carried, the Board adopted the following Resolution. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1997-23 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING THE <br />REGULAR MEETING SCHEDULE <br /> FOR AUGUST, 1997 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners that <br />the regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners scheduled for 6:30 <br />P.M. on Monday, August 18, 1997, will be held at 6:30 P.M. on <br />Tuesday, August 12, 1997, in the Commissioners' Meeting Room at the <br />Governmental Center. <br /> <br />Adopted this 31st day of July, 1997. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />/s/ Frankie F.
