DEPARTMENT OF SCHOOL CAPITAL OUTLAY AMOUNT: $500,000.00 TYPE OF ADJUSTMENT: Transfer Between Departments/Funds PURPOSE OF REQUEST: To increase the School Capital Outlay account for money originally budgeted in the Capital Reserve account for Rocky River Start up funds. Schools Increase Revised Decrease Budget 500,000.00 495,000.00 500,000.00 2,527,520.00 Sheriff's Department - Bid Award for Twelve (12) Patrol Vehicles A bid in the amount of $235,164.00 was received on October 7, 1997 from Hilbish Motor Company for twelve (12) patrol vehicles for the Sheriff's Department. The Invitation to Bid was published on September 23, 1997 in THE INDEPENDENT TRIBUNE. UPON MOTION of Commissioner Mills, seconded by Chairman Casper with Commissioners Mills, Niblock and Barnhart and Chairman Casper voting for and Commissioner Carpenter voting against, the Board awarded the bid for the purchase of twelve (12) patrol vehicles for the Sheriff's Department to Hilbish Motor Company in the amount of $235,164.00.
