21 <br /> <br />Request to Change the Regular Meeting Schedule for the Months of March, April and <br />May, 1996 <br /> <br /> Chairman Barnhart requested that the Board reschedule its first meeting in <br />March due to the National Association of Counties Annual Legislative Conference <br />on March 2-5, 1996. Also, he asked that the remaining meetings during March, <br />April and May be changed froTM the first and third Monday to the first and third <br />Tuesday of each month due to a scheduling conflict. <br /> <br /> Commissioner Casper advised that she is scheduled to attend the Piedmont <br />Area Mental Health Authority meetings on the first Tuesday of each month. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Barnhart, seconded by Commissioner Fennel and <br />unanimously carried, the Board by resolution changed the first meeting in March <br />from Monday, March 4, to 6:30 P.M. on Thursday, March 7, 1996. Further, for the <br />remaining period through the end of May, 1996, the Board set its first regular <br />meeting of the month on the first Thursday of each month and its second regular <br />meeting of the month on the third Tuesday of each month. The time and location <br />for each meeting will remain at 6:30 P.M. in the Commissioners' Meeting Room at <br />the Governmental Center. <br /> <br />Industrial Revenue Bond Public Hearing <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Barnhart, seconded by Commissioner Mills and <br />unanimously carried, the Board set a public hearing on February 19, 1996 at 6:30 <br />P.M. or as soon thereafter as persons may be heard regarding the intent to submit <br />to the Department of Commerce an application for approval of an industrial <br />project for S&D Coffee, Inc. and ratified the publication of the notice of the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Water and Sewer District Meeting <br /> <br /> Chairman Barnhart recessed the meeting until the conclusion of the meeting <br />of the Water and Sewer District. <br /> <br />Chairman Barnhart reconvened the meeting of the Board of Commissioners. <br /> <br />INFORMAL PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br /> Chairman Barnhart opened the meeting for informal public comments. There <br />was no one present to address the Board, and Chairman Barnhart closed that <br />portion of the meeting. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, Chairman Barnhart <br />adjourned the meeting at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
