45 <br /> <br /> Commissioner Mills reported that he intends to put the entire agenda packet <br />on his personal home page; hgwever, he stated he elected not to include this <br />agenda because of Mr. Bauer's concerns about a letter contained in the agenda. <br /> <br /> Mr. Clifton advised Mr. Bauer that the Purchasing Agent is getting <br />information regarding micrographic systems in other counties. New bid <br />specifications will be prepared and forwarded to all vendors. <br /> <br /> There was noone else who wished to address the Board and Chairman Barnhart <br />closed that portion of the meeting. <br /> <br />Closed Session <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Barnhart, seconded by Commissioner Fennel and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved to go into closed session to discuss matters <br />relating to the location or expansion of industries or other businesses in <br />Cabarrus County as authorized by North Carolina Genecal Statutes 143- <br />318.11(a)(4)and to discuss possible land acquisition as authorized by North <br />Carolina General Statutes 143-318.11(a)(5). <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Barnhart, seconded by Commissioner Casper and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved to end the closed session. <br /> <br />No action was reported from the closed session. <br /> <br />Recess of Meeting <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, Chairman Barnhart <br />recessed the meeting at 9:20 P.M. until 5:30 P.M. on Tuesday, March 12, 1996, in <br />the Multi-Purpose Room at the Governmental Center. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
