The notice of the public hearing had <br />been published in the local newspapers on August 22, 1996. Chairman Barnhart <br />opened the public hearing and asked if anyone were present who wished to speak <br />either for or against the proposed agreement. There was no one present to <br />address the Board, and Chairman Barnhart closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Mr. Hartsell and Mr. Clifton briefly reviewed the proposed Agreement. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Fennel, seconded by Commissioner Mills with <br />Commissioners Fennel, Mills and Niblock and Chairman Barnhart voting for, the <br />Board approved the following agreement among SYSCO Corporation, City of Concord <br />and Cabarrus County and authorized the Chairman to execute the agreement on <br />behalf of Cabarrus County. <br /> <br /> <br />
