The County Manager may increase or decrease the number of <br />positions in the Cabarrus County Home Health Department depending on market <br />demand for services. He may also adjust compensation levels in order to <br />ensure competitiveness. Additional positions may only be established under <br />this subsection if revenues are available to offset the expenditures. <br />Following such actions where a budget amendment is required, it will be <br />submitted for approval at the next Regular Meeting of the Board of <br />Commissioners. <br /> <br />Section VIII. <br /> <br /> A. This ordinance and the budget documents shall, be the basis for the <br />financial plan for the County of Cabarrus for the 1995-96 Fiscal year. The <br />County Manager and the Budget Officer shall administer the Budget.
