He made a motion to <br />appoint the following four persons to the committee: Mr. Dean Stein Vice- <br />President, David Drye Company; Mrs. Jim Bailey - President, Bailey Manufacturing; <br />Dr. A1 Johnson; and Mr. David Snyder - President, Snyder Packaging. The motion <br />was seconded by Commissioner Fennel. <br /> <br /> Stating that she did not know Mr. and Mrs. Jim Bailey, Commissioner Casper <br />requested some information about them. Commissioner Olio-Mills reported that <br />they are the owners and president of a vitamin manufacturing company which <br />operates in Rimertown. Also, he stated they were recommended for appointment by <br />Mr. Rusty Drye. <br /> <br /> There was lengthy discussion regarding the proposed expansion of the <br />Screening Committee and the difficulty in scheduling meetings to accommodate all <br />members of the committee. Chairman Barnhart and Commissioner Casper stated they <br />knew three 'of the four nominees and they were fine gentlemen; however, both <br /> <br /> <br />
