Water and Sewer District <br /> <br />540 <br /> <br /> Chairman Barnhart recessed the meeting until the conclusion of the Water <br />and Sewer District meeting. <br /> <br />Chairman Barnhart reconvened the meeting of the Board of Commissioners. <br /> <br />project Management Books <br /> <br /> Chairman Barnhart presented a "Project Management" book to each Board <br />member. He stated the books will be used to keep track of all projects, <br />directives, etc. by the Board of Commissioners. The "Project Summary" for each <br />project will include such information as the name of the project, key contact, <br />objective, assumption, action plan, tactics, resources required, benefit to be <br />recognized, and alternatives. The books will be updated on a systematic basis <br />and replacement sheets provided to the Board. <br /> <br />INFORMAL PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br /> Chairman Barnhart opened the meeting for Informal Public Comments at 8:12 <br />P.M. There was no one present to address the Board, and Chairman Barnhart closed <br />that portion of the meeting. <br /> <br />Education Summits <br /> <br /> Chairman Barnhart announced that the Education'Summits would be held at <br />7:00 P.M. on the following dates: September 18 A. L. Brown High School; <br />September 21 - Concord Middle School; and September 25 Central Cabarrus High <br />School. <br /> <br />~djournment~ <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, Chairman Barnhart <br />adjourned the meeting at 8:15 P.M. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
