There was no one present to address the Board, and she closed the Informal <br />Public Comments portion of the meeting. <br /> <br />Recess of Meeting <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Barnhart, seconded by Commissioner Fennel with <br />Commissioners Barnhart, Fennel and Chairman Carpenter voting for and Commissioner <br />Payne voting against, the Board moved to recess the meeting at 10:15 P.M. until <br />7:00 P.M. on Monday, April 26, 1993, to meet with the County's tax attorneys <br />regarding to the Philip Morris tax issue and to discuss a personnel matter in <br />executive session. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
