315 <br /> <br />Exchange of Property in the Coddle Creek Reservoir Project Area <br /> <br /> Mr. Hartsell reported that the exchange of property as authorized for <br />advertisement in January between Ms. Teresa Eudy and Cabarrus County had changed <br />slightly with some resurveying and some modifications. He asked that the Board <br />re-authorize the publication of the exchange of property. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Casper, seconded by Chairman Carpenter with <br />Commissioners Casper and Payne and Chairman Carpenter voting for, the Board re- <br />authorized for publication the exchange of approximately 3.06 acres for 1.6 acres <br />and a 20-foot right-of-way in the Coddle Creek Reservoir project area between Ms. <br />Teresa Eudy and Cabarrus County. <br /> <br />Recess of Meeting <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, Chairman <br />Carpenter recessed the meeting at 11:15 A,M. until 5:30 P.M. on Tuesday, June 8, <br />1993. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
