473 NEW BUSINESS CONSENT Road Petitions (5) UPON MOTION of Commissioner Fennel, seconded by Commissioner Payne and unanimously carried, the Board approved the addition of the following roads to the State road system: Callisto Court, Century Drive, Fields Manor, Overcrest Drive, and Trailwood Court. Amendment to the Home and Community Care Block Grant for Older Adults Agreement for the Provision of County-Based Services UPON MOTION of Commissioner Fennel, seconded by Commissioner Payne and unanimously carried, the Board approved Amendment Number 1 to the Home and Community Care Block Grant for Older Adults Agreement dated July 1, 1993 between the Centralina Council. of Governments and the County of Cabarrus for the provision of County-based services. The Agreement was amended effective July 1, 1993 as follows. Paragraph 2 of the Agreement is amended by deleting therefrom the sum of $326,213.00 and inserting in lieu thereof the sum of $339,379.00 so that the total compensation and reimbursement to be paid the County under this Agreement, and all Amendments hereto, shall not exceed the sum of $339,379.00 in total grant funds.
