Belo <br />Attorney for the City of Concord <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Fennel, seconded by Chairman Barnhart and <br />unanimously carried, the Board approved the retransfer of property released from <br />the Ground Lease Agreement as described in the approved "Modification to and <br />Release from the Ground Lease Agreement" to Mrs. Lois Smith by Special Warranty <br />Deed as part of the settlement with Mrs. Smith. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of commissioner Fennel, seconded by Chairman Barnhart and <br />unanimously carried, the Board approved the Bill of Sale for her former residence <br />back to Mrs. Lois Smith. <br /> <br />STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA <br />COUNTY OF CABARRUS <br /> <br />BILL OF'SALE <br /> <br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: that the undersigned, Cabarrus <br />County, a subdivision of the State of North Carolina, as of the date <br />hereof, for One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable considerations <br />paid to it by Lois W. Smith (the receipt and sufficiency of which <br />are hereby acknowledged), has bargained, sold and delivered unto <br />said Lois W. Smith of the County and State aforesaid, all of the <br />brick house and related improvements as owned by her prior to the <br />condemnation action instituted by the undersigned located at or near <br />the intersection of Highway 73 and Rankin Road in Cabarrus County, <br />known as 1672 Rankin Road, Concord, North Carolina 28025. <br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto Lois W. Smith, her legal <br />representatives, heirs and assigns, absolutely and forever. <br /> In consideration of the aforesaid purchase price and other <br />considerations, the undersigned; for itself and its legal <br />representatives, does hereby covenant and warrant unto Lois W. <br />Smith, her heirs and assigns, that it owns the aforesaid property <br />absolutely and free and clear from any and all liens, claims and <br />encumbrances of every kind and character. It is further understood <br />and agreed that Lois W.
