565 <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Barnhart, seconded by Commissioner Hamby with <br />Commissioners Barnhart, Hamby and Payne and Chairman Carpenter voting for, the <br />Board tabled the proposed Solid Waste Management Plan and Ordinance for the <br />Management and Flow Control of Solid Waste until the meeting on June 15. The <br />second reading of the proposed Ordinance will be held at that time. <br /> Chairman Carpenter recessed the meeting until the conclusion of the <br />meeting of the Water and Sewer District of Cabarrus County. <br />Chairman Carpenter reconvened the meeting of the Board of Commissioners. <br />The Board agreed to meet at 5:00 P.M. on Monday, June 15, 1992, at the <br />Department of Social Services for dinner and presentation of the annual report. <br /> Mr. Hartsell reported that Mrs. Joyce Walters had offered $5,000.00 for <br /> the purchase and removal of her home which had previously acquired by the County <br /> for the Coddle Creek Reservoir project. (Bub) Cline, Mr. Tommy Craig, and Alderman Lamar Barrier to a three-year term <br />on the Poplar Tent Beautification District Advisory Commission. <br /> <br /> Chairman Carpenter called for a moment of silence in memory of Mr. Bill <br />McCrary.
