Family Planning Program <br /> B. Maternal Health Program <br /> C. Health Department Physician Provided Services <br /> <br /> Dr. William F. Pilkington, Health Director, briefly reviewed the proposed <br />income eligibility scales and charges for family planning and maternal health <br />services. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Barnhart, seconded by Commissioner Hamby with <br />Commissioners Barnhart, Hamby, and Payne and Chairman Carpenter voting for, the <br />Board approved the Income Eligibility scales and Fee Schedules for the Family <br />Planning Program and the Maternal Health Program. The Board further directed Dr. <br />Pilkington to check with the State regarding the removal of the fee for abortions <br />which was included in the fee schedule (Item C) for Health Department Physician <br />Provided Services.
