116 <br /> <br /> The Board of Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus met in recessed <br />session in the Commissioners' Conference Room at the Cabarrus County Governmental <br />Center on Saturday, November 7, 1992, at 10:30 A.M. <br /> <br />Present <br /> <br />Chairman: Carolyn B. Carpenter <br />Commissioners: William G. Hamby, Jr. <br /> Jeffrey L. Barnhart <br /> Kenneth F. Payne <br /> Billy J. Simmons, Jr. <br /> <br />Also present were Commissioners-Elect Sue Casper and Arne Fennel. <br /> <br /> Chairman Carpenter called the meeting to order at 10:30 A.M. <br />recessed to the committee of the whole. <br /> <br />She then <br /> <br /> Chairman Carpenter dissolved the committee of the whole and reconvened the <br />recessed session of the Board. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, Chairman <br />Carpenter adjourned the meeting at 1:30 P.M. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
