McNair <br /> Attorney for Centralina Council of Governments <br /> <br />Provision for payment of the monies to fall due under this Agreement within the <br />current fiscal year have been made by appropriation duly authorized as required <br />by the Local Government Budget and Fiscal Control Act. <br />By: Lee Armour <br /> Finance Officer, Centralina Council of Governments <br /> <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br /> The Board deferred the appointment to the Cabarrus County Watershed <br />Improvement Commission until April 15, 1991 at the request of Commissioner <br />Payne, liaison to the Watershed Improvement Commission. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Hamby, seconded by Commissioner Barnhart and <br />unanimously carried, the Board authorized the transfer of the 1986 GM¢ <br />Ambulance, Serial No. 1GDJC34W365505763 which was surplus to the needs of <br />Gabarrus County to the Enochville Fire and Rescue Service for the sum of <br />$2,500.00. This transfer had been approved by the Board in its meeting on <br />January 7, 1991 and advertised on March 4, 1991. No objections were received <br />relative to the transfer. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Barnhart, seconded by Commissioner Carpenter <br />and unanimously carried, the Board authorized the transfer of a sewer easement, <br />a sewer right of way, and a sewer pumping system serving the Camelot Subdivision <br />to the Town of Harrisburg and authorized the Chairman to execute the necessary <br />documents.
