207 <br /> <br /> Commissioner Hamby reported that the City of Concord had approved the <br />proposed agreement between Cabarrus County, Pitts Volunteer Fire Department, and <br />the City of Concord. The Board agreed to schedule consideration of this <br />agreement at a recessed meeting on June 28. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Hamby, seconded by Commissioner Payne and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved to go into executive session to discuss <br />personnel matters as well as pending and potential litigation. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Payne, seconded by Commissioner Hamby and <br />unanimously carried, the executive session was adjourned. <br /> No report was filed regarding the executive session. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, Chairman Simmons <br />recessed the meeting until 5:00 P.M. on June 28, 1991. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
