301 <br /> <br /> Mr. Ketth Cashton, resident of the Mulberry Road Community, asked that the <br />County provide another access road to that community as well as water and sewer <br />services to the residents. <br /> Ms. Annette Cash complained of the poor condition of the tanks on the <br />Montgomery Tank Company property and asked that placards identifying the company <br />and the use of chemicals be posted on the facility. <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Vice-Chairman Barnhart, seconded by Commissioner Carpenter <br />with Vice-Chairman Barnhart and Commissioners Carpenter and Hamby voting for, <br />the Board moved to go into executive session to discuss personnel, litigation, <br />land acquisition, and appointments to boards and committees. <br /> Chairman Simmons joined the Board during the executive session. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Simmons, seconded by Vice-Chairman Barnhart with <br />Chairman Simmons, Vice-Chairman Barnhart and Commissioner Hamby voting for, the <br />executive session was adjourned. <br /> Commissioner Carpenter was absent from the meeting for a short period of <br />time. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Simmons, seconded by Commissioner Hamby with <br />Chairman Simmons, Vice-Chairman Barnhart and Commissioner Hamby voting for, the <br />Board agreed to pay Commissioner Carpenter $2,100.00 for her work to date as <br />Interim County Manager. <br /> Commissioner Carpenter rejoined the meeting. <br /> The Board briefly discussed the proposed sewer and water authority as well <br />as the process for performing the annual evaluations for a number of department <br />heads. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, Chairman Simmons <br />recessed the meeting at 9:30 P.M. until 4:00 P.M. on Saturday, September 7, <br />1991, for an executive session regarding personnel. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
