304 <br /> <br />increase in the fee schedule for recurring offenses and a cost-sharing <br />arrangement with the municipalities for animal control services. <br /> The Board briefly discussed the Landfill and the need for a Solid Waste <br />Plan and Flow Control Ordinance. It was noted that Interlocal Agreements between <br />the County and the respective municipalities are currently being considered by <br />the Towns of Harrisburg and Mt. Pleasant as well as the City of Kannapolis. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Simmons, seconded by Commissioner Carpenter and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved to go into executive session with the Health <br />Board for consultation with counsel. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Simmons, seconded by Commissioner Carpenter and <br />unanimously carried, the executive session was adjourned. <br /> Chairman Simmons reported that the two Boards had consulted with the <br />attorney during the executive session and had taken no action. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was <br />adjourned at 9:50 P.M. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
