317 <br /> <br /> The Board of Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus met in special <br />session at the Cabarrus Country Club in Concord, North Carolina,.on Friday, <br />October 4, 1991, at 6:30 P.M. The purpose of the meeting was for an executive <br />session to discuss a personnel matter. <br /> Present Chairman: Billy J. Simmons, Jr. <br /> Commissioners: Jeffrey L. Barnhart <br /> Carolyn B. Carpenter <br /> William G. Hamby, Jr. <br /> Kenneth F. Payne <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Carpenter, seconded by Commissioner Barnhart <br />and unanimously carried, the Board moved to go into executive session to discuss <br />a personnel matter. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Carpenter, seconded by Commissioner Barnhart <br />and unanimously carried, the executive session was adjourned.
