Simmons, Jr., Chairman of the Cabarrus <br />County Board of Commissioners do hereby proclaim November 17 - 23, <br />1991 as <br /> AMERICAN EDUCATION WEEK <br />and urge all citizens to make a commitment to public education and <br />to the future of Cabarrus County children by visiting their local <br />public schools and by donating their time and talents to help make <br />the public schools even better. <br /> <br /> The following bids were received on November 12, 1991 for the Ambulance <br />Service Dwelling. <br /> <br /> <br />
