302 <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Hamby with <br />Chairman Lentz and Commissioners Hamby, Moss, and Melvin voting for, the Board <br />set a public hearing for 7:00 P.M. on Monday, February 19, 1990, to consider the <br />proposed road name change of Carnoustie Court to MacKenzie Court. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Hamby, seconded by Commissioner Melvin with <br />Commissioners Hamby, Melvin, and Moss and Chairman Lentz voting for, the Board <br />moved to go.into executive session to discuss possible land acquisition and a <br />personnel matter and for consultation with counsel. The Board' invited Dr. <br />William F. Pilkington, Health Director, to join the Board in executive session. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Hamby with <br />Chairman Lentz and Commissioners Hamby, Moss, and Melvin voting for, the <br />executive session was terminated. <br /> No action was reported from the executive session. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, Chairman Lentz <br />recessed the meetin§ until 4:00 P.M. on Monday, January 22, 1990, in the <br />Conference Room at the Parks and Recreation Department. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
