Ail representations and warranties of the Town and <br />the County contained herein shall survive the making of any payment <br />pursuant to this Agreement. <br /> <br /> Section 9. This Agreement represents the entire understanding <br />of the Town and the County with respect to the matters contained <br />herein, and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings <br />between the Town and the County inconsistent herewith, including, <br />but not limited to, the 1984 Agreement, the 1987 Agreement, and the <br />1988 Agreement. <br /> <br /> Section 10. This Agreement may be amended or terminated only <br />by a vote of the majority of the members of both of the respective <br />governing boards of the Town and the County. <br /> <br /> Section 11.
