Said property is also a portion of the property conveyed <br />in a Living Trust Agreement recorded in Deed Book 580, at Page 768, <br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Cabarrus County, North <br />Carolina, and is also a portion of the property conveyed in Deed <br />Book 598, Page 825, in the Office of the Register of Deeds for <br />Cabarrus County, North Carolina. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Hamby, seconded by Chairman Lentz with <br />Commissioners Hamby, Moss, and Melvin and Chairman Lentz voting for, the Board <br />approved the Lease Agreement as amended between Cabarrus County and the Town of <br />Mount Pleasant for the ambulance facility and authorized Chairman Lentz to <br />execute the following on behalf of Cabarrus County. <br /> <br />NORTH CAROLINA <br /> <br />CABARRUS COUNTY <br /> <br />LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> THIS LEASE AGREEMENT, executed as of the 15th day of January, <br />1990, by and between the Town of Mt. Pleasant, whose mailing address <br />is P. O. Box 787, Mt. Pleasant, North Carolina 28214 (hereinafter <br />called "Landlord"), and Cabarrus County, whose mailing address is <br />P. O. Box 707, Concord, North Carolina 28025, (hereinafter called <br />"Tenant"): <br /> <br />W I T N E S S E T H: that- <br /> <br /> In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements <br />hereinafter set forth, the Landlord does hereby lease and demise <br />unto the Tenant and Tenant hereby accepts and leases from the <br />Landlord, for the term hereinafter specified, the following- <br />described real property (hereinafter sometimes referred to as the <br />"Demised Premises"): <br /> <br /> Lying and being in Mt.
